Seattle and Spokane Customers

We are at Seattle's U-District Farmers Market on Saturdays and the West Seattle Farmers Market on Sundays. We are at the Bellevue Farmers Market on Thursdays.

We sell Berkshire and Mangalitsa pork. If you want one or the other, make sure to ask at the time of purchase.

Right now, all our cured products like bacon and ham are from our Berkshire hogs. That's because as we learned in Austria, you don't make the best cured products from young hogs. Due to our only recently importing the Mangalitsa, only our Berkshires are old enough to make the best cured products.

Mail Order, Saveur Readers, Food & Wine Readers, Etc.

If you want to buy a few hundred dollars of pork and have us ship it to you, we'll do it. If you insist on a small amount, we ask that you buy at the Seattle-area farmers markets we attend.

If you want a small amount but can't come to the market, please email us so that we can get back to you when we are ready to take small orders.

Weaner pigs

We sell Mangalitsa and Mangalitsa-cross barrows. Pigs are produced in the Pacific Northwest and the Midwest. Contact us if you want to buy some.
